Amazing experience. I never would've thought engaging with an agent could be so smooth. The team was always ready to help no matter what. The best part about it is that I could get in touch with them really easy rather than pressing buttons on my dialler and talking to a robot voice. They were helpful right up from choosing a university up till my travel date. They have not charged me anything for their service.
